Xeomin® is a unique neurotoxin formulated without the added proteins found in Botox and Dysport. This isolates the active ingredient and yields a lighter feel in the face, making it a good option for patients who have never had wrinkle-relaxing injections or who prefer maximum movement with minimal wrinkles.
Jeuveau® is extremely similar to Botox in its formulation but tends to be more precise, produces a less heavy feeling, and takes effect more quickly. Its precision makes it especially ideal for treatment in areas where minimal spread is key, such as the lower face.
Daxxify® is the latest advancement in the world of wrinkle relaxers. Unlike the others, which typically last three to four months, Daxxify can add an additional 4-6 weeks of duration for some patients. This longer duration is due to a unique peptide technology that enhances the uptake of the neurotoxin. Daxxify kicks in quickly, sometimes as soon as 24 hours; this tox is a great option for those looking for longer-lasting results, those with deeper-set lines, and those who would prefer fewer treatments per year.
